Transforming Lives, Restoring Hope in our Community

St. Paul's was chartered in 1863 and has had a footprint in the College Hill Neighborhood since 1872.   Today our neighborhood involvement includes: 

• Hosting the offices of the College Hill Foundation, a Lutheran Church–Missouri Synod (LCMS) Recognized Service Organization (RSO), in our parsonage.  The CHF provides home repairs for senior residents of College Hill allowing them to remain in their homes.  They have established the Seeds of Grace Lavender Farm in College Hill.  The farm employs neighborhood residents, and proceeds from the sale of the lavender help fund operating expenses of the Foundation.  The Foundation also has a golf program for children, and provides tutoring for children in the golf program.
   
• Our "Leave the Hanger" boutique provides shoes and clothing for children and adults free of charge.  We also provide essential toiletries and offer items for children which include a selection of Arch Bible story books. 
   
• During summer months, we participate in the Grill to Glory project with the Urban League of St. Louis.
   
• We also host the College Hill Neighborhood Association meetings for the College Hill neighborhood.
